Potato Pancakes - Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated onion
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes and rinse them.
    Grate the potatoes finely by hand on a grater.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Heat 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot.
    Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the potato mixture into the hot oil and brown on both sides.
    Serve with sour cream.
