Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    2 to 4 lemons
    1 tsp. oil
    Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken well and pat dry.
    Cut lemons in half.
    Squeeze juice all over cavity and rub well with lemons.
    Sprinkle seasoned salt in cavity.
    Squeeze lemon juice all over outside of chicken and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
    Put squeezed lemons inside chicken.
    Put oil in a pan large enough to hold chicken and put it breast side down and roast 3/4 hour.
    Turn and roast 3/4 hour or until golden brown.
    Serves 4.
