Liverwurst Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liverwurst
    1/3 c. sliced scallions
    3 Tbsp. hot mustard
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    cocktail ryes or crackers
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the bread or crackers.
    Stir to blend well.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Garnish with additional parsley, if so desired.
    Serve with ryes or crackers.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
