Cream Of Crab Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. chopped imitation crabmeat
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt or 1 tsp. Old Bay
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions.
    Saute onion in butter; blend in flour.
    Add milk and half and half.
    Stir and cook until thickened and smooth.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot soup.
    Add seasonings, crab and broccoli.
    Heat through.
