Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash, cooked and drained
    2 1/2 c. Mexican corn bread, cooked as directed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Cook turkey until pink disappears and drain.
    Add squash.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add 1/2 can of water and soup and mix together.
    Put in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes large casserole.
