Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    8 Tbsp. butter, melted
    6 slices bread
    18 or 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the sugar and a small handful flour (less than 1/4 cup) to eggs.
    Remove crusts and tear up the bread.
    Mix with butter.
    Add bread and butter mixture to beaten eggs.
    Add the undrained pineapple.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in buttered casserole (1 1/2-quart).
