Meat Loaf(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 slices bread, torn into pieces
    1 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 or 2 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Shape into loaf in a baking pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Can top with catsup before baking.
    Pour off any fat that collected during cooking.
