Chili Egg Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add flour, baking powder and salt, then add cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, margarine and chilies.
Pour into 6 Bundt muffin pan.
