Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-inch baked pie shell
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon or vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add vinegar, salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Spread in pie shell and bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.
    Melt chocolate chips.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Fold yolks and water into chocolate.
    Spread 3 tablespoons chocolate mixture on meringue.
    Whip the cream, gradually adding 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Spread half on chocolate mixture.
    Fold remaining half of cream.
    Spread on top.
    You will have 4 layers. Chill at least 4 hours.
    This pie can be made ahead and frozen.
