Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 acorn squash
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut squash in half crosswise and scoop out seeds.
    Arrange squash, cut side down, in shallow dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn squash cut side up and spoon mixture of honey, salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg and butter into cavities.
    Continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes or until squash are tender when tested with a fork.
    Serve hot.
