Shrimp And Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces
    1 medium onion, diced small
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    salt, pepper, parsley and basil
    1 lb. crabmeat, drained
    3 stalks celery, diced small
    1/2 bell pepper, diced small
    1 c. mayonnaise
    mushrooms (optional)
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 medium size casserole dishes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Add bread crumbs to the top and brown.
    Freezes very well.
