Italian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. box macaroni
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
2 green peppers, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. dried red pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation

Brown ground beef, green peppers and onion.
Drain excess fat. Add all other ingredients except macaroni, cheese and parsley. Simmer 20 minutes.
