Scallops In Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oil (margarine)
2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 c. cooked mushrooms (optional)
angel hair pasta or pasta of your choice
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Rinse scallops and coat with lemon juice.
Heat oil and cook scallops over medium heat until half cooked.
Add tomato sauce, milk and vodka.
Cover and cook 10 minutes over low-medium heat. Add mushrooms (optional)
and heat 3 to 4 minutes.
Cook and drain angel hair pasta or pasta of your choice.
Place scallops and sauce over pasta.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
