Orange Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole oranges
    water
    juice of 3 lemons
    sugar
Preparation
    Remove rind of oranges and pare off white part.
    Slice fruit very thin.
    Cut slices and yellow rind in small pieces.
    Add lemon juice.
    Measure pulp and juice and add an equal quantity of cold water.
    Let stand uncovered for 24 hours.
    Boil uncovered for 1 hour.
    Again let stand 24 hours.
    Add an equal quantity of sugar and boil until jelly is formed.
    This makes a clear jelly with the fruit suspended in it.
