Lefse(Norwegian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cream or half and half
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes until tender.
    While hot, mix the following with an electric mixer:
    mashed potatoes, butter, salt and cream.
    Chill until cool.
    (Can be kept several days in a covered container in the refrigerator.)
