Cream Of Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. whole milk
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and broccoli in a 2 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
    Stir after 3 minutes; set aside.
    Blend cottage cheese in blender or food processor until very smooth.
    Slowly add milk while continuing to blend.
    Add chicken soup to cheese-milk mixture; blend.
    Add mixture to cooked, undrained vegetables.
    Microwave on High for about 3 minutes or until heated through; do not boil. Add salt and pepper.
    Makes 6 servings.
