Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients and press dough into a 13 x 9-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until blonde, about 20 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over baked crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes. Cool and dust with confectioners sugar.
Cut and serve.
