Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breast tenders
    Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    olive oil
    Parmesan cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Pound chicken breast tenders to tenderize.
    Dredge pieces in beaten egg.
    Cover both sides with Progresso Italian bread crumbs. Brown in small amount of olive oil.
    Reduce heat to simmer.
    Add the tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water; simmer until tender.
    Add a slice of Parmesan cheese to the top of each piece.
    Heat until melted.
