Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c yellow corn meal
    1 c white flour
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp melted shortening
    1 tsp salt
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add beaten eggs, milk and melted shortening. Beat thoroughly. Pour into a well greased pan. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
