Sugared Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    vanilla
    2 1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan and cook over moderate heat to soft ball stage.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until mixture begins to thicken.
    Add 2 1/2 cups nuts (preferably pecans).
    Spread on buttered waxed paper or cookie sheet.
    Allow to cool.
    Break apart and store in airtight container.
