Layered Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium red apples, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can apricots, drained and sliced
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained and sliced
Preparation

In a large shallow bowl, layer the apples, apricots, peaches, pineapple and pears.
Mix the orange juice and lemon juice and pour over the layered fruit.
Spread pie filling evenly over fruit.
