Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans minced clams
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. oregano
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Preparation

Drain the clams and set aside juice.
Simmer clams in small saucepan with the lemon juice.
In blender, combine green pepper, onion and 2 tablespoons of the clam juice.
Blend on medium until mix looks soupy.
To the clams, add butter and oregano.
Heat until the butter melts.
Add all the remaining ingredients including the onion/green pepper to the clam mix.
Pour into 1 or 2 pie plates and cover with the shredded cheeses.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers.
