Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Brown
    chops
    slightly on both sides.
    Place in greased casserole
    in
    layers
    as
    follows:
    a
    layer of sauce, one of potatoes,
    then
    salt, pepper and soup.
    Put pork chops on top with
    a
    little
    of
    the soup on top of them.
    Bake in covered casserole
    at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
