Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 c. red wine
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
2 1/2 lb. Angus beef roast
Onions
Potatoes
Carrots
Preparation

Rinse and pat roast dry.
Blend soup, wine and onion soup mix.
Put roast in large piece of heavy foil. Pour soup mix over roast.
Place potatoes, carrots, and onions around roast.
Seal foil.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.
Serves 4.
