Venison Or Beef Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 to 4 lb. boneless beef or trimmed venison
 
2 c. unsweetened apple juice
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown or maple sugar
2 to 3 bay leaves
1 onion, sliced
Preparation
- 
                            Place meat in roasting pan.
 
Mix dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar; pour over meat.
Place bay leaves on top. Pour apple juice beside meat.
Bake 2 to 3 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
