"Roast" Makes Own Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast (as large or small as you like)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    2 medium or large onions
    2 cans or fresh mushrooms
    seasonings (whatever you prefer)
Preparation
    In bottom of roasting pan (can line with tinfoil if you wish), spread can of celery or mushroom soup (I use 2 cans of each, sometimes more).
    It depends on how much gravy you want.
    Slice one onion on top of soup that was spread on bottom of pan.
    Add 1 can of mushrooms (or whatever amount you want).
    Season meat (not too heavy) and place on top of soup.
