Peanut Butter Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    apple wedges, firm banana slices, fresh pear spears or toast triangles
Preparation
    Let juice stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    In bowl, mix peanut butter and sour cream.
    Stir in juice until smooth. Serve with fruit or toast.
    Makes 2 1/4 cups.
