Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. oil
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. grated raw sweet potato
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, oil, pineapple and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time; stir in sweet potatoes and pecans.
Pour into 13-inch pan or angel food pan, which has been greased and floured.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
