Grasshopper Pie(Yields 1 Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chocolate graham cracker crust
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1/4 c. chocolate syrup
    2 tsp. chocolate syrup
    1 pt. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
    2 tsp. creme de menthe
Preparation
    Soften ice cream at room temperature for 10 minutes or until you can spoon spread in pie crust.
    Score top with fork and pour 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup over top.
    Freeze overnight.
    Beat heavy cream with the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons creme de menthe.
    Pile on top.
    Drizzle remaining 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup and 2 teaspoons creme de menthe on top.
