Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 loaf white yeast bread (frozen)
    egg white
    sesame seed (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw bread completely and roll out in a circle 1/4 inch thick. Brown sausage (crumbled) with chopped onion and chopped pepper. Add Italian seasoning; drain.
    Return to heat and add Mozzarella cheese until stringy.
    Spread sausage mixture in the middle of the bread and roll.
    Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seed, if desired.
    Let rise for approximately 30 minutes and bake at 350\u00b0 until bread is golden brown.
