German Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    50 light caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine the cake mix with evaporated milk and butter.
    Press half of mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Melt the caramels with the other 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Cool slightly.
    Spread over baked crust.
    Sprinkle the chocolate chips over top of caramels.
    Top with remaining cake mix.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
