Swiss Bliss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round or chuck steak
1 large can tomatoes, drained, reserve liquid
2 green peppers, cut into slices
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil.
Cut meat into bite size portions and lay on top of foil.
Sprinkle meat with onion soup mix.
Cut up tomatoes and place on top.
Add peppers and mushrooms.
Mix cornstarch, A.1. sauce and seasonings with reserved tomato liquid and pour over meat and vegetables. Seal foil tightly (to prevent leaks) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. No peeking! It makes its own gravy.
Serve over rice or noodles.
