Texas Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. grits
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. savory salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. grated American sharp cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Boil grits in boiling water for 15 minutes.
    Add more water, if necessary.
    Add salt, savory salt, Tabasco sauce, eggs and margarine.
    Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch utility dish that has been greased.
    Bake 1 hour in 250\u00b0 oven.
    Good served with ham or chicken.
