Candied Yam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can yams
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. miniature marshmallows or 8 big ones
Preparation
    Cook yams until soft.
    Drain into colander.
    Put yams back into pot.
    Mash with potato masher.
    Add orange juice, cinnamon and raisins.
    Stir in thoroughly.
    Put into casserole dish.
    Top with marshmallows and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
