Chinese Style Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in saucepan.
    Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook eggs in butter in a 10-inch skillet until set.
    Add onion and rice.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned.
    Combine remaining water and soy sauce.
    Stir in the rice.
