Dutch Potato Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. well seasoned mashed potatoes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 chicken bouillons, dissolved in 3/4 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour or until brown on top.
May be refrigerated overnight.
