Calzone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. dough (per person)
1/4 c. Romano cheese
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
dash of: parsley, pepper, oregano, onion salt, garlic powder, garlic salt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
pepperoni, ham or sausage
Preparation

Roll dough into 12-inch circle.
Place filling on one side. Fold in half and seal well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
