Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick grits
    1/2 c. butter
    3 beaten eggs
    garlic salt to taste
    2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 chopped jalapenos
    4 oz. canned chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package directions.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    (One 6 ounce roll of jalapeno cheese may be substituted for jalapenos if cheese amount is decreased to 1 cup.)
    Stir all ingredients well and pour into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12.
