Broken Glass Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 pt. heavy cream
1 box graham crackers
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Separately prepare 1 package each, cherry, orange and lime gelatin, using 1 cup cold water with each.
Turn into shallow square dishes.
Refrigerate overnight.
Scald pineapple juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
Prepare 1 envelope unflavored gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water; add to pineapple juice.
Set aside to cool.
Whip 1 pint heavy cream until thick.
Cut firm fruit gelatin into small cubes and fold into whipped cream.
Fold in juice mixture.
Roll 1 box graham crackers to fine crumbs.
Add 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar; mix well.
Press half the crumbs into bottom of buttered pan, reserving spread whipped cream-gelatin mixture over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Chill until set.
Cut into squares to serve.
