Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 small bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brandy
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add livers, onions, seasonings and salt.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Remove bay leaf and brandy. Cool 10 minutes.
    Whirl smooth in blender (or press through coarse sieve).
    Pack into oiled mold.
    Cover and refrigerate or store in freezer.
    Makes 2 cups.
