Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. raw grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add Wesson oil and beat; add eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition.
    Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
