Sausage And Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish kielbasa, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    5 c. water
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up with liquid
    3 (16 oz.) cans Great Northern white beans with liquid
    3 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 c. picante sauce
    2 tsp. dried basil
    2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    In 6-quart Dutch oven, cook sausage (medium heat) until it browns.
    Drain.
    Add olive oil, onion and garlic to sausage.
    Saute until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients to sausage mixture.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve at once.
    Yields about 6 quarts.
