Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt, pepper and sugar
    pimentos (optional)
Preparation
    Simmer chopped onion and bell pepper with margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
