Saucy Tomato Rice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. tomato sauce
4 c. rice
3 eggs (boil then slice eggs)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. pepperoni, slice thin
1/2 c. mushrooms, saute in butter before mixing

Preparation

Layer pan with sauce, then rice, sprinkle with cheese across pepperoni, spread sauce across top, then sprinkle with cheese.
