Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. thick applesauce
Preparation

In
medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Spoon batter
(about 3 tablespoons for each pancake) onto hot greased griddle.
When edges are lightly browned, turn to cook other side. Makes 10 pancakes.
