Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 half chicken breast, cooked and cut up (about 4 cups)
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp minced green onion
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can water chestnuts, drained and cut up
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
1 small can mushrooms, sliced or stems & pieces
2/3 cup coarsely crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Put into 9 x 13 baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 covered.
Uncover, sprinkle cheese and chips on top.
Bake 10 minutes more.
Until cheese melts.
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
