Cream Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread, crust cut off
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. cream cheese, left out to soften
    cinnamon-sugar mixture
Preparation
    Spread cheese on each slice of bread.
    Roll up like a jelly roll (the bread, not the cook!).
    Dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Cut into bite size pieces and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes great hors d'oeuvres.
