Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. lukewarm potato water
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm potato water.
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Loosely cover the bowl and set it aside in a warm place to ferment.
    It takes 48 hours to ferment, after which the starter is placed in a jar with a lid and refrigerated to be used as needed.
