Salisbury Steak With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. consomme
2 tsp. chopped parsley
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix ground beef with next 3 ingredients.
Shape in patties. Brown in bacon drippings in skillet.
Remove to heated platter. Add flour to pan drippings, stirring constantly, until smooth. Add consomme.
Bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Spoon over ground beef patties.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
