Wild Rice Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wild rice
    6 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    lemon wedges
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Rinse rice under cold running water until water is clear. Combine rice, water and salt in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat to low and cook 1 hour, or until rice is tender.
    Add butter; stir well and pack into an 8-cup ovenproof mold.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Unmold and garnish with parsley and lemon.
